Meet Alicia Middleton, CEO/Partner of We Are All One Home Health Care.
Alicia Middleton is a powerhouse filled with drive and ambition who accomplishes anything that she touches. Alicia began her career in the medical field about 10 years ago in Cardiology as a Patient Care Advocate. She continued her medical education by attending Riverside College of Health Careers obtaining her Certificate as a Nursing Assistant. From there, continuing to work in the medical field spreading her love and passion of helping others. She gained many different experiences from working in a cardiology office, to a hospital on the Med-Surg floor which ended up turning into the COVID floor in 2020, nursing homes, home healthcare, and a group home. Alicia takes pride in caring for others, which led her to owning her own home healthcare so that individuals will keep their independence in home.
When Alicia is not working and caring for the community, she is enjoying time with her family. Being right beside her husband Jason Middleton, Co-Owner of Sparkle Klean Wash Pro, Inc., watching her two boys play sports, on the beach somewhere, enjoying life with family, and friends.
Meet Shadonna Warren, CEO/Partner of We Are All One Home Health Care.
Shadonna Warren is on a mission with a purpose advocating for those in need. She began her career in the medical field over ten years ago in Cardiology as a Medical Assistant. Shadonna has served as the Team Captain for the American Heart Association for five years and has volunteered in multiple Heart and Vascular screenings. She understands the importance of quality in-home care in the community. With a love and passion for helping others, Shadonna chose to enter the home care industry and opened We Are All One Home Healthcare. Our main goal is to keep clients at home, out of hospitals and assisted living facilities. Shadonna has worked in many settings, clinical and non-clinical. She is here to advocate, educate, and serve her community and purpose. Her passion is to ultimately provide the best care for each individual life she touches.
Outside of being a home care advocate, Shadonna enjoys being a wife and mom. She enjoys watching her boys play sports, cooking, traveling, photography, and enjoying time with family and friends.
